In an era where most manufacturing concerns have been gobbled up by large multinational holding companies, ROSS is owned by Ken and Moe, the two founders who after 25 years continue to work full time at Ross and oversee the day to day operations of the company. Over 25% of the Ross work force have been with the company for over 10 years.
