Valve Stem Oil Seal Kits
(Positive Type)

Pioneer Performance gives you a choice of 3 positive valve stem oil seal designs. Each type may require machining of the valve guide to ensure a proper fit. Installer must match valve stem oil seal to appropriate valve stem and valve guide diameters. Necessary for most dual valve spring applications.

All Teflon® Seal with Spring Loaded Wiper
	Prevents unwanted oil from contaminating the cylinder, which can cause loss of power.
	Makes engine tune-ups easier and provides smoother engine idle by stopping leakage of air through the intake valve guide.
	#811005 is a Positive Type 2 Ring-Manufactured from High Temperature Viton Material.

Patented Metal Enclosed Teflon® Seal
	When installed correctly, this seal is in actual physical contact with the valve guide and valve stem.
	Becomes an integral part of the head and will not loosen or pop off.
	Approximately 1/32" of virgin Teflon® makes contact with the valve stem.
	A Stainless steel garter spring gives positive 360° contact.
	Kit includes 16 seals and 1 installation tool.

NEW ! Severe Service (SVR) Valve Stem Seals: Manufactured from a proprietary, high temperature resistant Polymer material. These positive type valve stem seals are impervious to racing fuels and alcohol. OTHER FEATURES INCLUDE:
	Improved valve stem to seal clearance insures the proper amount of oil flow to the guide which makes them ideal for street use.
	Seals are color coded for easy identification.
