Piston Ring Installation
Insructions
1. All top compression rings
require file fitting to acheive
correct end gap. Use Manley
tool P/N 41833. After grinding,
stone all edges at each gap.

2. Install all comression
rings with the marked side
up. Top rings will be bevel
up. Reverse twist second rings
will be be bevel down.
3. Be certain not to overlap
the ends of the oil ring expander.
THe end gap of the oil ring
rails may be from .035" to
.080".
