Ultra Blocks Designed for 2000 HP. Capable of 4.700" Bore Diameter, minimum Bore is 4.500 . Solid ladder Valley tray with cross supports, 18-bolt head pattern (can be used with 10 bolt heads, comes w/top holes machined at 8"angle). Siamese cylinder bores, .800" Deck thickness and priority oiling for main bearings. 4-bolt main caps #1 thru #5. Caps #2, #3 and #4 splayed with 1/2" bolts. Note: Max stroke 4.750" (may need clearancing on piston skirt depending on design). Max cu. in 638cc

Eliminator Performance Products is proud to present its latest product for the big block Ford (BBF) 460 cid engine. The BBF Eliminator block is designed with the latest technological advances in engine performance and manufacturing. Currently, the deck height is the same as the production block, which is 10.320”. The Eliminator block is cast from high quality cast iron, utilizing all new production casting and machining tools. It is offered in five versions to best fit the customer’s requirements. The four versions are the Premier, Ultra, HP Billet, HP Sportsman.

Each version of the Eliminator 385-10.3 Series Block is manufactured with the following:

* Material recipe chosen includes a higher content of carbon and silicon similar to that found in cast nodular iron
* Thick main webbing for added strength6.250" cylinder length
* Thick pan rail increases the overall block rigidity
* Thick web for roller cam bearing
* Precision machined by Roush Machining Services

The Eliminator Ultra 4 utilizes the same block casting and machining as the Premier, but is configured with a different set of main bearing caps.!

Capable of 4.700" bore diameter with a normal .200" wall thickness
Siamese water jacket design w/additional jacket volume for water to assist cyl bore cooling.
Flame cut, cold rolled billet steel caps on #2, #3 and #4 (cast iron caps used on #1 & #5)
Caps #1, #2, #3 and #4 have a 4-bolt configuration (cap #5 is 2-bolt)
Splayed caps #2, #3, and #4 (straight 4-bolt config on caps #1 and #5)
Machined for improved oiling
Screw-in freeze plugs
